Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day after we receive them. However this is not a guarantee and may be slower at busy times such as when we have new beers being released. If you have a specific delivery need then please contact us and we will be able to advise if we can meet it.
Free delivery is available when you spend over £75. For orders under £20 our delivery charge is £9.95, for orders between £20 and £75 our flat rate is £6.95. We have had to make these changes due to increased courier costs.
This rate is available to most of England, Scotland and Wales, though some remote areas may be subject to a surcharge such as those listed below. If you place an order that is subject to a surcharge we will contact you to discuss the additional cost. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND.
Please be prepared to show valid ID (driving licence, passport or a card bearing the PASS logo) when accepting delivery of your order.
Under distance selling rules you can choose to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must then be returned to us within a further 14 days. You will be responsible for return postage costs if you choose to return an item that is not faulty or damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by either refunding or replacing.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
