Delivery and Returns
All orders will dispatched the day after being received and will be sent by next working day delivery. Please note that next day delivery is an aim and not a guarantee.
We dispatch orders Monday - Thursday. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday will be held until the following Monday. This avoids items sitting in warehouses/vans over the weekend.
Free delivery when you spend over £70 and a flat rate of £6.95 below that. This rate is available to most of England, Scotland and Wales, though some remote areas may be subject to a surcharge such as those listed below. If you place an order that is subject to a surcharge we will contact you to discuss the additional cost.

Please be prepared to show valid ID (driving licence, passport or a card bearing the PASS logo) when accepting delivery of your order.
Under distance selling rules you can choose to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must then be returned to us within a further 14 days. You will be responsible for return postage costs if you choose to return an item that is not faulty or damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by either refunding or replacing.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
