One of our most requested IPAs and favorite products of all time returns to earth for the first time in 3 trips around the sun. Nova is dosed heavily with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo and is as saturated and heady as ever. As always with our IPAs, minimal hop bitterness and a clean and soft malt backbone serve to show off the bright and juicy notes of hand-selected hops, emphasizing ripe mango, orange marmalade, and classic grapefruit pithiness.
